ASSEMBLING THE
PENNANT FLAG

To cut a perfectly pointy pennant flag, start by measuring the
length and height of the flag. For these C sized designs, we
found it looked best when measured 30” long by 12” high.
Use tailors chalk to mark the length and height,
as seen above.
After you have marked the length and height, use tailor’s
chalk to mark the diagonal lines.

Use pins to secure the design right side up to the wrong side
of your backing.
Being careful to avoid pins, use a rotary cutter and ruler to
trim away the excess material from the lines you drew.
