This premier estate on the St. Petersburg waterfront was on the market for over a year before the Tillung
Tampa Bay team from Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate took over and was able to locate a buyer.
Terry and Tanner Tillung agreed on a
price of $2,699,000, which they thought
was fair market value. Then they set out
to market and expose the home to a large
number of qualified buyers. Among other
things, they arranged for a four-page
article in the July/August issue of Tampa
Bay Magazine, where literally hundreds
of potential buyers in that elevated price
range would see the home, making it
visible to numerous real estate agents.
The Tillungs worked their plan for the
property.
Steve Weintraub says that Terry’s
effective marketing enabled them to show
their home four times as often as they
ever had before. He and Julie began to
feel as though they were finally going to
sell their home to the next happy family
that could enjoy living in it is as they had.
