J.D. Power annual airport satisfaction
survey named TIA the second best
large airport in America, tying
with Orange County’s John Wayne
Airport in California. Only Dallas’
Love Field ranked higher. The Tampa
airport consistently ranks high on
these surveys. Our region remains a
target market for leisure travel and the
Tampa airport has added 15 routes in
the last few months, including new
nonstop flights to New York, San
Francisco and Los Angeles.

Appétit, which they opened on Dunedin’s waterfront in 1976, and its outdoor
terrace, bar and sunset pier at 148 Marina Plaza; Cafe Alfresco at 344 Main St.
in downtown Dunedin; as well as food service on Honeymoon Island, Weddings
on the Water and Weddings on Sand Key – have been part of Tampa Bay
Magazine since the publication began in 1986.
