GETTING STARTED
Don’t be afraid to experiment with
different weights and textures of

JUST SO YOU KNOW
For our Bench Cushion, we used the following AAA size
blocks from our Trellis Quilt collection:
TQ17 - ends, stitch 2 total
TQ13, TQ15, TQ16 - center, stitch 1 each/3 total
TQ18 - top and bottom, stitch 8 total
Remember, any of our other harlequin-shaped blocks will
work for this Quilt Block Remix!
**If you’re making blocks just for this project, here are
the total measurements: We used the same base fabric
on the quilt blocks as we did for the sides and back
of the pillow, which requires 3 yds (ours was light pink
textured linen). We also used the same block border
fabric to cover our cording (ours was magenta velvet),
and that requires 1 yd total.
