Textured metallic shadow boxes containing wooden sculptures provide symmetry to this corner vignette.
The slate blue and taupe color palette is apparent in the selected accessories and art.
102 TAMPA BAY MAGAZINE | JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2022
Contemporary swivel chairs with cutout
arms pair well with the nesting stone-top
cocktail tables and offer flexible use in this
seating group. Artistic touches provide
points of interest and complete the space.
A tranquil slate blue and taupe color palette
and contemporary clean line design were
incorporated into every aspect of the design,
creating an inspired elegant look throughout.
While maintaining open sight lines, Tempesta
and O’Neil succeeded in defining cozy spaces
for quiet conversation, reading or a game of
chess or bridge.
The sophisticated design offers custom features
such as accent walls, crown molding, enhanced
tray ceilings and custom drapery panels and
pillows. A diverse mix of sleek surfaces, metal,
wood and various types of fabrics were used to
create textural contrast and dimension. Abstract
art and area rugs along with accessories including
faux grasses and succulents, provide finishing
designer touches to the magnificent Magnolia
Lobby. 9
