Highlights from Our Past Issues
25 YEARS AGO - January/February 1997
In 1997,
Frenchy’s
grouper
sandwich set the
standard for all
the others, and
continues to do
so today.
In the January-February 1997 issue, we featured signature
dishes from Tampa Bay area restaurants such as Frenchy’s grouper
sandwich, which is made with fresh grouper caught from their
own boats. They serve grouper in many ways, such as grilled, beer
battered, blackened, Cajun, broiled, buffalo or Reuben. Frenchy’s
still serves their famous grouper sandwiches at all six of its locations.
