PEGGY LECLERC
Peggy Leclerc
was born and
raised in Grosse
Pointe Woods,
Michigan. She moved
to Florida after high
school for work, and soon thereafter met her future
husband Keith Leclerc. While Keith was focused on
starting and growing a new business, International
Diamond Center, Peggy was a very active stay-at
home mom, who spent countless hours volunteering
at school and giving of her time to multiple local
charities. Today, Peggy uses her passion for serving
others through IDC’s The Fifth C Foundation. The
family’s foundation has created a platform through
which the Leclerc family is able to focus on supporting
military families, giving children a chance, and fighting
to end human trafficking. Peggy’s contributions

Philanthropist of the Year
in 2021. Prior to that honor
Peggy was chosen to the
Queen of Hearts Court in 2019 and as one of the Five
Fabulous Females in St. Petersburg in 2018. In 2016,
Peggy and Keith were honored by Operation Healing
Forces for their support to help provide physical and
emotional healing to military families. They were also
nominated as a Business Partner of the Year. Peggy
was given the Charles Scheck Award for her service
in the community in 2004. Peggy and Keith have
three grown children, Ashley, Brian, and Danielle,
who all work together in the family business, as well
as 10 grandchildren.
