Museum of Fine Arts’ Collectors Circle
The Collectors Circle, an organization with a mission to purchase and preserve artwork for the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg
Collection, hosted a gala fundraiser with the theme of “A Night at the Carlyle.” The evening featured entertainment by New York
performers Eric Comstock and his wife Barbara Fasano, who performed songs from the Great American Songbook. They were
accompanied by local bassist Mark Neuenschwander. Curators of the museum presented three works of art to the members for
funding this year. The group chose to acquire Fortune-Isis, a 2nd Century A.D. Roman bronze statuette.
