The Key West-inspired residence’s
transitional-style master bath
features a freestanding soaker
tub on a charcoal gray glass tile
inset that is surrounded by tile
reminiscent of Carrara marble.
The large walk-in shower
showcases charcoal gray subway
tile to frame the window’s ambient
light. An orb chandelier, custom
cabinetry and marble countertops
add to the bath’s elegance.

This Key West-inspired living room’s interior design
expertly balances the combination of patterns and textures.
Its creative use of vibrant colors and tropical accents is
grounded by darker wood tones. The addition of grasscloth
and unusual double paddle fans adds character and a visual
focal point to the room’s recessed tray ceiling. The custom
fretwork pattern of the staircase railing designed by
Jen Kravchuk provides traditional style and interest.
