Art Ties Us
The inaugural fundraiser to benefit artist Derek Donnelly’s Public Art Project was a huge success. The works of 34 artists were
auctioned, and the first Ens Award was presented to Tampa Bay Magazine Publisher/Editor Aaron Fodiman in recognition of his
persistent support of the arts in our community. Channel 10 News Anchor Reginald Roundtree and former news anchor Heather
Van Nest were the masters of ceremonies. Laurie Stogniew of the Bayshore Marketing Group was the chair and organizer of the
Art Ties Us evening.
Largo residents Dr. Bill Blackshear and
his wife Toni, who support a large number
of local charitable organizations, took home
artworks from the live auction.
