The Top Chefs event has become one of Tampa Bay’s
best food tasting fundraisers, and it means so much
to the PARC clients who participate in it.
Top Chefs for PARC’s
Culinary Program
PARC will hold its fourth annual Top Chefs event on Saturday,
September 15th to benefit its culinary program that prepares
individuals with developmental disabilities for the hospitality
industry, so that they can experience life more independently.
The event at The Birchwood in St. Petersburg will have an open
bar and food samplings from some of the area’s best chefs from
restaurants such as Guppy’s on the Beach and The Birchwood’s

The Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg is exhibiting
80 photographs through November 25th that were created
by 66 artists who explored a broad range of approaches to
the art of self-portraiture. “This is Not a Selfie” is an exhibit
that includes images from the last 150 years by artists such
as Andy Warhol, Diane Arbus and Alfred Stieglitz. The
photos reflect a variety of themes from straightforward
self-portraiture to elaborately staged works, as these
artists pushed the boundaries of art.
Brews by the Bay
The Brews by the Bay festival at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa on October 12th will be an evening of unlimited beer tastings,
food samplings, amazing undersea views and live music. The aquarium entertains, educates and inspires stewardship of our
