STITCHING OUT A BLOCK
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
A B
Run the first step, which will be a squaring stitch to indicate
where you will place the batting.
C D
E F
Using a pair of curved tip scissors, trim away the excess
batting from the tacking stitch line.
Once trimmed, your block should look like this.
Take a piece of batting and lay it over the squaring stitches,
being sure to cover them on all sides.
Run the tacking stitch step for the batting.
To start, hoop a piece of No Show mesh stabilizer to fit your
hoop and load the block you are wanting to stitch.
For this example, we are stitching out design JJ1.
