adapt to it and gure it out, and I
don’t know that I’m necessarily
the best at it, but I felt like I just
tried not to hit anything, and this
thing hardly has a scratch on it.”
Briscoe ran for Brad Keselowski’s
NASCAR GANDER RV &
OUTDOORS Truck Series team
in 2017. He won the season-nale
at Homestead and wound up sixth in
points. Last year, he won for ThorSport
Racing at Stewart’s Eldora Speedway in his
only truck-race.
The rest of the season he bounced between Roush
Fenway Racing’s No. 60 Mustang and the No. 98 at
Stewart-Haas with Biagi-DenBeste. In addition to the
victory at Charlotte, he had four top-10s.
Briscoe shared the driving with Ty Majeski and Austin
Cindric at Roush Fenway. That organization dropped
its xnity program for 2019, so the offer from Stewart-
Haas couldn’t have
come at a better time.

“I’ve been paying attention to Chase since he raced

nishes in 20 starts.
