AUSTIN DILLON
Founded in 1969, Richard Childress Racing RCR is one
of the largest and most storied organizations in NASCAR
competition. RCR currently elds two teams in the Monster
Energy NASCAR Cup Series and three teams in the
NASCAR xnity Series NXS.
Austin Dillon is the driver of the No. 3 American Ethanol/
AAA Chevrolet SS for Richard Childress Racing, competing
in his fth full-time season in the Monster Energy NASCAR
Cup Series. Dillon, 27, is a two-time NASCAR champion,
having won the 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
driver’s championship and the 2013 NASCAR xnity Series
driver’s Championship. Dillon notched his rst-career Cup
Series victory on May 28, 2017, in the Coca-Cola 600 at
Charlotte Motor Speedway, returning the legendary No. 3
car to Victory Lane for the rst time in 17 years. Dillon is a
16-time winner in NASCAR?s top-three touring series.
Tyler Reddick will pilot the No. 8 in the 2020 NASCAR Cup
Series season. Reddick rst began racing at age four in
Outlaw Karts before moving on to mini sprints, midgets, dirt
late models and sprint cars. During that time, he became
the youngest person to qualify on the pole for the World 100
at Eldora Speedway, as well as the youngest winner at the
East Bay Winter Nationals and in the Lucas Oil Late Model
Dirt Series.
Kaz Grala and Joe Graf Jr., joined Richard Childress Racing
in 2019 as part NASCAR xnity Series program. Kaz Grala
for select races in the No. 21 Chevrolet Camaro. Justin
Alexander will serve as his crew chief. Joe Graf Jr., piloting
the No. 21Chevrolet Camaro for select races this season.
Veteran Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race-winning
crew chief Justin Alexander will call the shots from the top
of the pit box.
Throughout our history, RCR has accumulated a total of
17 championships and more than 200 victories across
NASCAR’s top three series, including three Daytona 500
wins (1998, 2007, 2018) and three Brickyard 400 victories.
