CREATING THE LUMBAR PILLOW
To create a lumbar pillow, start with at least 3
A-sized blocks.
Take the block on the right and place it on top of the
middle block, faces together. Line up the corners
using the tacking stitches as a guide, and pin
them together.
Use your sewing machine and sew 1/2" from the
edge, or follow the channel between tacking stitches
as shown.
