FIRST HOOPING - INSTRUCTIONS
Run the tacking stitch to secure the front and back
fabric together. This step will also secure the string or
ribbon in place. Trim away the excess fabric.
Once trimmed, the design should look something
like this.
Flip the hoop back over so that the front is facing up.
Trim away the excess fabric around the tacking stitch.

Trim the fabric on the back of the
hoop first so that you don't forget
about it later.
