J K
Pin all three layers together (in order of: the high
loft batting, unembroidered fabric right side up, and
embroidered fabric right side down). Place a pin 11⁄2”
from both bottom corners (circled).
We will now stitch where the dotted line indicates.
Starting at one pin from the
bottom corner, stitch with a 1⁄2” seam
allowance, pivoting at the corners (inset)
and continuing all the way around until you reach the
second pin at the other bottom corner.
L M
Once stitched, your case should look something like
this, with an opening remaining at the bottom.
Now, trim the excess high loft
batting from the seam allowance,
trimming close to the stitch line. You
will also want to cut all 4 corners at a 45
degree angle to prevent bulk (indicated with dashed
lines).
N O
Turn the case right side out through the bottom
opening.
Steam press the seams and pin the bottom opening
shut.
