Once the first two blocks are stitched together, repeat steps C - D
to create a row.

When all horizontal rows are completed, lay them out as shown
here. You will need to refer to the numbers and arrows above
later in step K.

To attach the columns together stitch in between the placement
and the tack down stitch. Removing pins as you go. Make sure
to leave a 1/2” seam allowance. When attached, repeat step F to
press the seams open.
After completing the first row, use a hot iron to press the seams
open.
Carefully align the columns vertically, again matching the seams
as shown. Pin the blocks to secure them in place.
Lay the attached blocks face down on top of the lining fabric, and
trim away the excess lining fabric as shown. Your lining fabric will
need to be cut larger than your sewing machine cover so you
can trim the lining fabric flush to the sewing machine cover.
