Instructions
The first step is to hoop a piece of Peel N Stick stabilizer. The
glossy paper side will be hooped face up.
Tear off the glossy paper side until the sticky stabilizer is
completely exposed underneath.
To expose the sticky side of the stabilizer, use a sharp object like
a seam ripper to score the glossy paper side.
Next, use a ruler and the hoop guides to find the center. Use a
pen or pencil to make markings accordingly.
