Once you have written your headline and value statements, the next most
important part of your resume content is to feature results.
Most employers, customers, recruiters and hiring managers believe that the
best predictor of future success is past success. Put your most relevant STAR
story achievements from page 40, in your resume, describing only the results
in as few words as possible. Here is an example:
• Increased sales by 27% in the face of increased competition
Your goal is to catch the interest of readers, so they want to know how you got
to the results you got.
