Recruit Recruiters

who seem to have your best interest at heart. Meet them in person if at all
possible.
Basically, there are two kinds of recruiters:
Recruiters who are employees of an employer should be very knowledgeable
about their organization, current job openings, and the hiring process.

about the employer or the jobs, they can be very effective in getting you

temporary, and/or “permanent” non-management positions. Some
you work for their client employers.

handle full-time positions that pay less than $100,000.

executive, management, professional and board of director position.
Positions they represent on an exclusive basis usually pay over $100,000
annual salary. Beware of recruiters who ask you to sign documents other
than reference consent or background investigation forms. Do not sign
the exclusive right to represent you.
