Align the raw edges, then pin in place. Sew 1/2” from the top all the
way around to attach the outside of the bag with the lining.

Carefully pull the handles out through the lining opening, then
completely fold the lining over the outer bag.

Sew a scant edge to close the opening, using a thread that
matches the fabric.
Once sewn in place, it’s time to begin the turning process. Pull
the lining out of the bag and use the opening to begin folding it
over the outside of the bag.
Use pins to close the opening of the bag liner.

To finish off the bag, use matching threads to sew 1/8” from the
top hem for a clean, professional-looking edge.
