These clever kitties have a secret! Turn the
quilt block to line up the contrasting cats and
reveal a larger tessellation design. By a simple
swap of fabrics, you can make all sorts of
patterns with the appliqué colors.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
We made the first quilt layout a bit easier to break
down, only incorporating two appliqué colors to easily
contrast with one another, making the lines and color
blocking a bit easier to take in. For our first basic
tessellated cat quilt, you will only need one block
