STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Run your first step, which will be the squaring stitch to
indicate where you will place your batting.

Place your batting on top of the squaring stitch, being sure to
cover it on all sides.
Your next step will be the tacking stitch for the batting.

Once tacked down, trim away any remaining batting outside
of your tacking stitch.
You should have something that looks like this.
To begin, hoop a piece of No Show stabilizer.
