Run the next machine step, which is the tacking stitch that
secures the back fabric to the back of the design.
Once tacked, remove your hoop from the machine once
more and flip to the back side. Using a pair of curved tip
embroidery scissors, neatly trim away the excess back fabric
close to the tacking stitch, being sure not to trim through the
tacking stitches.
At this point, wind a coordinating bobbin to match your
thread color and place it in the machine. Then run the next
step, which is the satin stitch on the flower’s edges. Your
design should then look something like this.
Using pictured steps B - K as your guide, continue to run the
remaining steps needed to create the secondary flower.
