STITCHING STANDARD APPLIQUÉ
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
To begin, hoop a piece of No-Show mesh stabilizer.
NOTE: Our design loaded in at a 90° rotation to the left.
Instead of rotating back, we simply ran it as it pulled up.
You can rotate any designs in Fundamentals, if needed!
Run your first machine step, which will be the squaring stitch
for your batting.
Place your batting on top of your squaring stitches. Be sure
to cover them on all sides.
Once tacked, use curved tip embroidery scissors to trim
away any excess batting from the tacking stitch.
Your next machine step will be the tacking stitch to secure
your batting.
You should now have something that looks like this.
