FOLDED FABRIC SASHING BLOCK - ANATOMY OF THE DESIGN
Sashing blocks provide a great way to break up a quilt visually or even add some extra flair depending on what materials and
methods you choose to incorporate. Folded sashing blocks are a great way to still have an interesting pattern in the quilt,
but not compete with the rest of the designs or elements. By using our easy-to-do folded fabric technique, you’ll be able to
recreate sashing blocks like the one below. Whether you choose to keep it simple in solids or add some flair with patterned
fabrics, both will accent the traditional blocks in your quilt beautifully.
