Trim the excess cornerstone fabric from the tack down line, Now run the placement stitch for your first folded fabric.
leaving any fabric outside the edges of the block for your 1⁄2”
seam allowance.
Place your first folded fabric piece, right-side down, covering Run the next step, which will be a folding stitch.
the placement stitch by approximately 1⁄4”.
Now you will run the tacking stitch for your folded fabric
(shown in white).
Pull your fabric over the folding stitch, covering the placement
stitches on all sides. Give the fold a finger crease, or use tape to
secure in place.
