To hand stitch your patch on, first lay out your patches in
the placement you would like. You can use pins to secure
them to the garment, rearranging as needed.
Using a hand sewing needle and coordinating or clear
thread, sew around the edges of the patch. Remove the
pins only once you have sewn completely around the patch
to secure it.

Your hand sewn Scout Patches are now attached and ready to flaunt! This technique is also recommended for sewing patches
onto pockets. This will eliminate the trouble of having to remove the pocket and restitching it once done.
