Once the main fabric is tacked into place, you are on the
last machine step. Take the hoop out of the machine and
flip it to the back once more. Take the last piece of lining
fabric and lay it right-side down over the entire design.
Run the last machine step. You’ll notice about a 2” gap
at the bottom of the bag, which will be used later to turn
the bag.
When the bag design is complete, remove it from the hoop.
Use a rotary cutter and ruler to cut your bag’s seams to
about a 1/4”.
For more pointed corners in your bag, use a pair of
scissors to snip a 45 degree angle into the corners.
Now, turn the bag through the gap that was left in the
bottom.
Once turned, your bag will look something like this.
